Privacy

The short version

This website collects as little as possible. No advertising trackers. No fingerprinting. No accounts. No cookies for tracking. The only personal data we ever receive from this site is what you type into the contact form, and that is sent to us by email so we can answer you.

Who is responsible

Robin Hood Network is an initiative based in the Netherlands. The person responsible for this website can be reached through the contact page. A registered legal entity and postal address will be published here once the network is formally incorporated. Until then, the initiative operates as an unincorporated project of its founder.

What this website processes

Server logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) processes technical request data such as IP address, requested URL, browser type and timestamp to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. This is standard for any website and is based on legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are retained by the provider for a limited period.

Contact form. When you send a message we process your name, email address, chosen topic and message text. The legal basis is your request to be contacted (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). The message is delivered to our mailbox through an email service provider (Resend). We keep it as long as needed to handle your request and then delete it, unless you ask us to keep working together.

Fonts. Fonts are self-hosted with the site. No request goes to a font provider when you visit.

What this website does not do

No analytics scripts, no advertising networks, no social media pixels, no cross-site tracking, no profiling. The Find Your Way tool runs entirely in your browser and stores nothing. If we ever add a privacy-respecting form of usage measurement, this page will say so before it is switched on.

Cookies

This website sets no tracking cookies. It may set purely functional storage (for example remembering that you dismissed a notice) which contains no personal data and is not shared with anyone.

Individual projects

FineFix, Train Hopper, NaVi and the other projects are separate products with their own privacy policies. When you open one of them you leave this website. Read their policy there. Where a project handles legal, tax, immigration or health-related information, it says so explicitly and explains what it stores.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of your personal data, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and receive your data in a portable format. Send your request through the contact page. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or your local supervisory authority.

Where data is processed

The site is served from Vercel's global network. Contact emails pass through Resend. Both providers operate under the GDPR with standard contractual clauses where data leaves the European Economic Area. We do not sell or share personal data with anyone else.

Changes

When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be announced on the site.
